Part-time secretary | Replacement contract

We are looking for a meticulous, organized secretary with good interpersonal skills to join a dynamic team in Troisvierges. ??


Missions:
    As a secretary, your main responsibilities will be:
  1. ? Provide a professional and warm telephone reception.
  2. ? Welcome and guide customers, suppliers and sellers in our showroom.
  3. ? Check invoices in a computer program, comparing with delivery notes and monitoring prices.
  4. ? Calculate mileage allowances for home-workplace journeys for approximately 12 people.
  5. ? Carry out counts of goods collected by our workers.
  6. ? You will work part-time, 3 days/week (24 hours), as a maternity leave replacement (until January 2025)
Required profile:
