We are looking for a meticulous, organized secretary with good interpersonal skills to join a dynamic team in Troisvierges. ??
Missions:

As a secretary, your main responsibilities will be:
- ? Provide a professional and warm telephone reception.
- ? Welcome and guide customers, suppliers and sellers in our showroom.
- ? Check invoices in a computer program, comparing with delivery notes and monitoring prices.
- ? Calculate mileage allowances for home-workplace journeys for approximately 12 people.
- ? Carry out counts of goods collected by our workers.
- ? You will work part-time, 3 days/week (24 hours), as a maternity leave replacement (until January 2025)

- ? Meticulous and thoughtful, able to carry out invoice checks accurately.
- ? Organized and reliable, able to efficiently manage administrative tasks.
- ??? Polite and presentable, to offer a quality welcome to our visitors.
- ? Comfortable with IT tools, particularly to carry out invoice control tasks.
